About Us

Timeless Treasures Home Care was founded in 2019 by Jay Merchain after dealing with the sudden need to care for a loved one. After underestimating the difficulty that comes with caring for an aging senior while at the same time being required to be at work so that I can provide for my family, I began to witness firsthand, the amount of pressure and stress it bares on all members of the family along with your loved one.

It was then, that I realized we were going to need some assistance by a professionally trained caregiver to assist my loved one on a daily basis so that I could get back to work and care to my children as well as allow my loved one to get back to a sense of independence and ongoing assistance with activities of daily living such as: errand running, medication reminders, ensuring meals are taken care of and memory building activities throughout the day.

After the passing of my loved one, I began to think about the countless amount of individuals out there dealing with the same situation I found myself in. Whether they were dealing with an aging loved one, a disabled adult or disabled youth, they all must be feeling the same amount of stress my family was dealing with and that pushed me to start Timeless Treasures Home Care so that myself and my team can get to work in providing high quality care.
